A Marion County woman has been arrested after her two-year-old daughter tested positive for methamphetamine.
Thirty-one-year-old Janey Breanne Vosecek of Peel is currently free from jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
According to the probable cause affidavit in the case, the two-year-old’s father had picked her up for visitation. He told a Marion County deputy he took his child to Baxter Regional Medical Center for a drug test because he had been told Vosecek had recently had the girl in “drug houses”.
Marion County deputies obtained a copy of the results indicating the young girl tested positive for methamphetamine and amphetamines.
Vosecek is charged a felony count of endangering the welfare of an incompetent person in the first degree.
