Marion County Judge Jason Stumph tells KTLO that tonight's Quorum Court will begin the process of putting the Library Board back together will be discussed, and that the library will continue to operate with an employee taking care of operations until the board can be reestablished and a new director hired.
Former Library Director Dana Scott from Branson was arrested last week and charged with Tapering with Public Records and Failure to File or Pay Taxes for illegal use of County Funds by buying items to be sold in the Library but having those items delivered to her Branson address instead.
