The Office of Emergency Management in Marion County is under new leadership.
According to KTLO, Melissa Penn has taken over the position from James Kuchenbecker who resigned November 16.
Kuchenbecker had been the Emergency Management Director since the beginning of February and prior to that had been the Police Chief in Bull Shoals.
Penn had been appointed acting director upon Kuchenbecker's resignation and was given the permanent appointment last week.
