A Marion County Man is facing nine charges related to child pornography.
According to court documents. 29-year-old Jonnie Heinen of Yellville is facing the charges after an investigation by the Arkansas State Police.
The felony charges include one count of computer exploitation of a child and eight counts of computer child pornography. The files detailing the incident are sealed by court order since the victim is a minor plus the investigation continues.
Heinen is in the Marion County Jail on a $100,000 Bond.
