Marion County Man Faces Charges of Threats Against Law Enforcement

A Marion County man has been arrested after having his 9-year-old son call the police so he could shoot them, but not until after he shot his son.

Facing a felony charge for the incident is 33-year-old Robert John Aguado II of Yellville.

According to the probable cause affidavit from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, the boy’s grandmother called 911 shortly before 5:00 Saturday morning saying she and her 9-year-old grandson were hiding in the woods because the boy’s father, Aguado II, was threatening to shoot them over an incident that officers had responded to on Friday.

Aguado II is charged with terroristic threatening in the first degree. He is being held in the Marion County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.

The complete details of the incident can be found on the KTLO Website.
