A plea agreement has been reached between prosecutors and a Marion County man charged with sending threating messages to Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin.
Court documents indicate that 40-old Jeffrey Roger Pyzocha of Flippin admits to sending threating messages to the Attorney General's Facebook account. The Arkansas State Police investigated the threat and through a search warrant issued to Facebook confirmed it came from Pyzocha's account.
Pyzocha received two-years probation and was ordered to apologize to the victims including Griffin according to the filed plea agreement.
