A Marion County man is accused of raping a teenager living with him on multiple occasions nearly eight years ago.
30-year-old Perry Leroy Cheever was arrested Friday on three Class Y felony counts of rape.
According to the probable cause affidavit, a Marion County deputy took a complaint from a 21-year-old woman in October saying she was 13 when the incidents occurred around 2014. She claims she was living with Cheever and his wife at their residence in Bruno.
Cheever is currently free from the Marion County Law Enforcement Center on a bond of $50,000.
