Marion County Man Arrested for Incident With a Knife

A Marion County Man is facing charges after he was alleged to have threatened a man with a knife.

According to the Probable Cause Affidavit from the Marion County Sheriff's office, 25-year-old Brandon Allen Schlotman of Summit claimed to a Marion County Deputy that two men had attacked him Monday night. Upon speaking to the two men and other witnesses, the deputy discovered that Schlotman had attacked one of the men with a knife leading to a fight which the other man tried to break up.

Schlotman is facing a Felony Charge of Aggravated Assault. He was arrested then later released after posting a $10,000 bond.
