A Marion County man is facing charges in a domestic violence incident.
43-year-old Joshua Dustin Monistere of Bull Shoals was arrested July 20 following the incident.
According to the probable cause affidavit from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Monistere had pushed his wife up against a wall and bit her head. Marion County Deputies that had responded to the scene noted the victim had also had red marks on her face and neck and a red patch on her back.
Monistere is facing felony charges of first degree domestic battery and first degree terroristic threatening. He is currently in the Marion County Jail on a $10,000 Bond.
