A man from Baxter County pleads guilty to causing the death of a Marion County Woman in a traffic crash in 2023.
According to a report posted by KTLO, 40-year-old Jason Paul Boisclair of Gassville will spend six years in prison after the guilty plea on charges of Negligent Homicide and 2nd-Degree Battery stemming from the traffic crash in February of 2023 that killed then 27-year-old Tapanga Maxwell of Yellville.
Boisclair had drugs in his system at the time of the crash according to the toxicology report.
