A man has been charged with First Degree Murder in the Christmas Day Stabbing death of a family member in Marion County.
According to Sheriff Greg Alexander, 67-year-old Stephen Fitzpatrick of Everton is charged with stabbing his nephew, 43-year-old Lucas Cody Jewell of Yellville.
The stabbing took place at a residence on Marion County Road 5013 around 11:20 Christmas night. Officers were called to the residence where they found Jewell’s body in a workshop on the property.
Fitzpatrick is in the Marion County Jail on a $150,000 Cash Bond.
