A Harrison man is accused of sexually assaulting his daughter and stepdaughter “for years.”
Thirty-eight-year-old George Lynn is in the Boone County Jail and Detention Center on 20 counts of rape.
According to Boone County Sheriff Tim Roberson, a sheriff’s investigator received information Monday of two females coming into the sheriff’s office and accusing their father/stepfather, identified as Lynn. of raping them during their childhood. The investigator submitted a probable cause affidavit to the court, and a judge reportedly found sufficient probable cause evidence for Lynn’s arrest.
Lynn’s bond has been set at $100,000 cash only.
