A local real estate broker expressed pleasure in the current market despite of some uncertain times.
Chris Parks, broker and owner of Harrison's Century 21 Action Realty appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" to discuss real estate market trends. He said the market movement has had uncertainty and ups and downs, but sales are still happening. Because of that, he said he's "pretty satisfied" with the market.
He affirmed that improved interests have also helped. That's not all though. He went on and commented about how people moving from major cities is a benefit.
In addition to the Harrison itself, buyers from larger cities benefit from the move. Parks said though such buyers often pay "top dollar" for properties, it's normally less for the buyer to spend than in their home city.
Anyone wanting to contact Parks can go online or call him; he still lists and sells property. His number is (870) 741-3408. More was discussed on the broadcast.
The full interview with Parks is on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
