A dispute has developed between Branson Entertainers that has resulted in a Breach of Contract Lawsuit being filed.
According to court documents recapped by the Branson Tri-Lakes News, Stevie Lee Woods, Nashville Roadhouse Owner has filed the sue against the Pierce Arrow Show with woods claiming the show breached and agreement made when woods took over operation of the theater from Dan Britton on a Lease Purchase Agreement. Woods say that agreement stated that Pierce Arrow would continue performing in that theater through 2029 while the group has announced recently their intention to perform at another Branson theater this year.
