Bob Largent, President/CEO of the Harrison Chamber of Commerce, talks about the proposed State and Federal Legislative District Changes and Tourism Opportunities during a recent interview on KHOZ’s “Around the Table” program.
Largent says the proposed changes in the Legislative Boundaries means cultivating new relationships with legislators who will be representing the Harrison Area for the first time. Largent says that process has already begun though the changes will not take effect until 2023.
Largent also discusses Harrison’s increased potential of becoming a Tourism Hub, especially with Johnny Morris developing the former Dogpatch, USA property into Marble Falls Nature Park. Largent says Harrison can be a part of a Tourism Hub that covers from Branson all the way to the Buffalo National River.
The complete interview with Largent can be found on the “Around the Table” Facebook Page.
