Harrison man killed in Western Grove crash

Arkansas State Police reports that 45-year-old Dustin VanDusen was killed in a head-on collision on Highway 65 in Western Grove.

VanDusen was southbound on Highway 65 and crossed the center line while negotiating a curve and struck the vehicle driven by April Middleton head-on. Middleton was injured in the crash and taken to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center for treatment. The other passengers in Middleton’s vehicle were not injured.

ASP says the conditions at the time were clear and dry.

This was the 16^th fatality worked by ASP in 2023. The crash occurred on January 10^th at 7:40 AM.
