A man from Harrison is facing charges for a pair of thefts that occurred in October of 2024.
Documents filed in Boone County Circuit Court this week indicate that 34-year-old Travis Woolsey is facing charges for the thefts that occurred on the same day, one at Tractor Supply Company and the other at Wal-Mart both in Harrison. In both cases, Woolsey left the stores with merchandise after beginning the checkout process with out completing the transactions. The cash value of the merchandise stole from each location was just under $400.
Woolsey, who is also facing other theft and possession charges from past incidents according to court documents,
Woolsey is scheduled for an appearance in Boone County Circuit Court on March 11 to face these charges plus a possible enhanced penalty as a habitual offender.
