A January incident at a residence south of Harrison has one man facing charges.
According to court documents, 25-year-old George Foster, Jr. is facing charges of Aggravated Assault and Resisting Arrest when on January 5th, he got into an argument with another person in his house and allegedly pushed the victim down and began to strangle that person threating to kill them. When law enforcement arrived, Foster resisted arrested but was eventually taken into custody.
Foster did post a $10,000 bond and was released with his next court date scheduled for August.
