A man from Harrison has more trouble with the law after a second incident against a victim he was facing charges over from earlier this year.
According to the latest court documents filed by the Boone County Sheriff's office, 21-year-old Christopher Waits is accused Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member and 3rd Degree Domestic Battery for an incident in which he is accused of choking his girlfriend. Waits was arrested on a $15,000 Bond for that incident.
That bond replaces an earlier bond that had been granted Waits in the spring for another crime in which he is accused of assault the same victim.
Waits next court appearance on the current charges is December 17.
