A man from Harrison is facing charges for a shooting incident in August.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed by the Boone County Sheriff’s Office and posted by KTLO, 58-year-old Randy Wynn is facing charges of battery and aggravated assault after he was alleged to have shot the victim on Wynn’s property when he was there dropping some items off for his girlfriend. Wynn is accused of shooting the victim in his knee then approaching the victim before being tackled by the victim’s girlfriend.
Authorities were called to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center where statements were taken from both the victim and his girlfriend.
Wynn was arrested on felony counts of aggravated assault and first-degree battery. He was released on a $50,000 bond.
