The City of Harrison will be the site for Flag Day Ceremonies both this afternoon and Saturday.
Lonnie Anderson of Camp Jack appeared at Thursday night's Harrison City Council Meeting to remind residents of the ceremonies presented by American Legion Post 44. The first will take place around 5:15 this afternoon which will feature the ceremonious lowering of the Flag at City Hall. The ceremony will include an explanation of the 13 folds of the Flag.
A raising of the Flag Ceremony will take place again at City Hall Saturday morning at 7:30.
