Harrison Family Interviewed on National News Show About Son's Battle with COVID

A Harrison Family is featured on a CNN News Show talking about their son and his fight against the COVID-19 Virus.

The Butrum Family was interviewed on CNN's New Day Program talking about the ordeal that 1-year-old Carter and their family have endured. Carter had a COVID test after developing cold like symptoms which turned out negative, but them Carter continued to get worse which eventually led to a second test which came out positive. 

Carter's father Kyle said during the CNN interview that Carter has been put on oxygen and his mom is the only family member allowed in the hospital, which according to a story from KY-3 is at Cox South in Springfield. 

Kyle used the time during the interview to encourage people that can to get vaccinated and help make sure other families doesn't go through this with their children.
