Harrison Daily Times Announces New Managing Editor

A longtime editor and writer for the Harrison Daily Times is to become their new Managing Editor.

The paper announces that Jeff Brasel will assume the role as well as continue in his current roles as Sports Editor for both the Harrison Daily Times and Newton County Times. 

Brasel has 21 years in the newspaper business and has been honored by the Arkansas Press Association numerous times for his sports writing. 

Brasel will take over for current Managing Editor Lynn Blevins on November 1st according to the release from the Harrison Daily Times.
