The Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce is alerting area residents to a scam that has someone posing as a representative from the organization.
According to a post on the Chamber’s Facebook page, some people are receiving a letter on what looks like chamber letter head stating they are looking for information and money out of overdue invoices.
The letter says it is from Tammy, the new lead accountant for the chamber. The post on the chamber’s Facebook page says this letter is a scam and they should not respond to it.
