High School Graduation ceremonies taking place today at three area schools will be the final ones in their separate schools.
The ceremonies held at Bruno-Pyatt, St. Joe, and Western Grove will be the final ones as individual schools before consolidation of the three junior high and high school campuses into one facility at the Western Grove Campus takes effect this fall as voted on by the Ozark Mountain School District Board last year and approved by the Arkansas State Board of Education. The district had begun to consolidate several of their athletic teams over the last few years while maintaining separate high school campuses.
The Bruno-Pyatt facility in Eros and the St. Joe facility will continued to be used for elementary school classes.
