A fugitive from Colorado arrested in Searcy County will soon be heading back home.
58-year-old Matthew Gosvener was arrested during a traffic stop in May and was later discovered to be a fugitive wanted on two counts of Assault Involving Strangulation according to court documents. According to a report from KTLO, the Waiver of Extradition for Gosvener to be sent back to Colorado was filed last week.
Bond on the Colorado charges is set at $500,000.
