A local state legislator announces his reelection bid.
Jack Fortner of Yellville is seeking his fourth full term representing House District 99 which includes portions of Baxter, Marion, Boone and Searcy counties.
Fortner was first elected to the seat in 2015 to complete the term of Kelley Linck. He then won reelection in 2016, 2018 and 2020.
