A head-on collision in Carroll County Wednesday morning leaves three people dead and four others injured.
According to the report from the Arkansas State Police, the collision occurred on Highway 62 east of Green Forest when a SUV driven by 46-year-old Michael Weiss of Cotter crossed the center line and collided with a pick-up truck coming the other way. Weiss and a passenger in his vehicle, 42-year-old Amy Weiss were both killed in the collision.
Also killed was a passenger in the pick-up truck while the driver and three other passengers were injured and taken to North Arkansas and Washington Regional Medical Centers for treatment.
Conditions were dry and clear at the time of the crash according to the Arkansas State Police Report.
