A Eureka Springs Man was pulled from Table Rock Lake after going underwater and not resurfacing.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred Saturday evening at the Eagle Rock Swim Beach. Bystanders were able to pull 39-year-old Jose Chavez out of the water and administer CPR. He was eventually taken to Mercy Hospital in Berryville for treatment of injuries.
