Nearly 1000 voters cast a ballot at the Boone County Election Center on Tuesday.
According to a post on the Boone County Clerk’s Facebook page, the 979 voters who cast a ballot brings the total to just over 8000 voters who have taking part in Early Voting for the November 5th General Election.
Meanwhile, in Marion County, officials have opened a second location, with early voting now taking place at Bull Shoals City Hall as well as at the Fairgrounds in Summit.
Early voting takes place from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm through Friday, 10:00 am to 4 pm on Saturday, then next Monday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
