Election Day for area School Districts is just over a week away.
Early voting will begin on Tuesday and go through the end of the week as well as next Monday May 8.
There are a few contested races in the region including one in the Harrison School District, with incumbent Kelley McLaughlin being challenged by Michael Bardwell for one of the At-Large Seats. Mindy Both is running unopposed for the second seat.
There will also be a contested race in the Bergman School District with Regina Chism and Don Mahler running for a seat.
The other school districts in Boone County with have candidates running unopposed or no candidates running.
Election Day is Tuesday May 9 with polls open that day from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.
