Harrison's Christmas Parade is coming up.
Explore Harrison Executive Director Matt Bell appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" on Friday to discuss that and more. The parade is on Dec. 2. He's not sure how many entries there are. That's because Bell hasn't occupied his office lately.
He said the time to decorate downtown Harrison has arrived. He has already started working outside, and volunteers from Camp Jack and Recovery Center of the Ozarks have joined him.
Bell said the decorating has spanned the entire week. He hopes the decorating wraps up on Nov. 22. There's a detail about the parade Bell knows.
The theme of the parade is Mele Kalikimaka. He joked that the hope is that it will make for warm weather. Signups are still open.
Signup information and more are online. More was discussed on the broadcast.
The full interview with Bell is on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
