A Colorado man has been arrested in Boone County for allegedly threatening his sister over an inheritance left by their grandmother.
According to the probable cause affidavit posted by KTLO, a victim contacted the Boone County Sheriff’s Department in Nov. 2021 stating her brother had been calling her and threatening her and her two-month-old child.
The victim stated 31-year-old Dylan M. Holloway allegedly began calling her stating she needed to give him money. The victim says when she refused, Holloway had his friends begin calling her and threatening her.
