Carrie Richter stepped down from COFAM; the market continues going strong.
The Central Ozarks Farmers & Artisans Market's (COFAM) Rick Lucas and Rhonda Summers appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" to talk about taking over the PR efforts for the market and more. Carrie Richter did that and was the manager for four years before stepping down. Summers credited her with building the program to its current state. Summers spoke about the market for this year.
The 80-vendor Saturday market is active as of April 13 and will run through Nov. 5; the same vendors aren't there every week. The times are Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Harvest Homecoming is already open for vendor registration.
