The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has released the revised schedule for a road closure.
The road closure over the Bull Shoals Dam, rescheduled due to the recent inclement weather, will now happen beginning at 7:00 Thursday morning and will be closed through 5:00 Friday afternoon.
The closure is for the corps to remove equipment and perform maintenance on the dam according to a release.
As with past closures of the road, the suggested alternate routes will include using Highway 178 and Arkansas Highway 5 to Arkansas Highway 126 through Midway and Gassville; U.S. Highway 62/412 through Flippin; and Highway 178 through Bull Shoals.
