Civil Air Patrol Open House is Thursday

A local organization looking to bring awareness to opportunities for resident participation hosts an Open House on Thursday.

A local organization looking to bring awareness to opportunities for resident participation hosts an Open House on Thursday.

The Table Rock Lake Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol will host the event Thursday Evening from 6-8 at the Main Terminal of the Branson Airport.

The event will feature members of Squadron talking about the programs the organization offers and the partnerships they have with several area School Districts with several aircraft also on display. Members will also talk about the role the organization, a part of the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary, has in things like Air Search and Rescue.

Branson Mayor Larry Milton will be the keynote speaker at the event which will also include free food.
