A weekend full of Christmas events are happening in the region.
Several Christmas Parades will be held this weekend including the annual parade through downtown Branson.
The Adoration Parade takes place on Sunday with ceremonies getting underway at 5:00 with the Parade to follow the Lighting of the Adoration Scene on Mount Branson at 5:30. The parade will travel on Branson Landing Boulevard and Commercial Street. Live coverage of the parade can be heard on MY 100.1.
The weekend Christmas Parade schedule begins this evening with the annual parade in Eureka Springs with Saturday Parades include events in Berryville, Crane, Kimberling City, Sparta, and Yellville. Nixa will join Branson in celebrating a Christmas Parade on Sunday.
Among other activities are the annual First Baptist Church Christmas Bash held at the church as well as a holiday event at the Ralph Foster Museum at College of the Ozarks.
In addition to the parades on Sunday, the City of Hollister will hold its annual Santa in the Park event from 1-3 at Chad A. Fuqua Park.
