An incident that happened at a home in Boone County in April results in charges against an individual.
According to court documents, 22-year-old Ryan Lynn Bommarito of Heber Springs was intoxicated when on the evening of April 27 he entered a Boone County Residence and threatened to kill the new boyfriend of his former girlfriend. Among the other people at the residence at the time was a pregnant woman, who called 9-1-1 to report the threat. Bommarito had passed out in the kitchen by the time officers arrived and took him in to custody. He was found to be in possession of at .380 handgun which had been reported stolen from Cabot two weeks earlier.
Bommarito is facing six charges, four of them felonies, for the threats to the residents of the house as well as for the stealing of the firearm. He is currently being held in the Boone County Jail on a $25,000 Bond.
