The list of recalled meats from Sam’s and Costco is growing. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) is expanding a warning about salmonella poisoning linked to charcuterie meat trays.
Health officials have warned not to eat the Busseto Charcuterie Sampler or the Fratelli Beretta Brand Antipasto Gran Beretta. If you have either of these items, the CDC suggests throwing them away and wash surfaces the items may have touched with hot, soapy water.
The Busseto brand Charcuterie Sampler is sold at Sam’s Club and has prosciutto, sweet soppressata, and dry coppa and comes in a twin-pack.
