The 2023 Carl Bear "Spirit of Christmas" Award Winners are announced and awarded at last week’s Harrison’s City Council Meeting.
The first-place award winner is located at 408 Pebble Beach Dr with the second and third place winners’ location at 4606 Highway 7 South and 1331 Columbine Cove respectively.
The award is in honor of the late Carl Bear, who along with his wife Beverly put together creative light displays for years during the Christmas Season.
