For the second year in a row, Christian Action Ministries is heading to the sites of Friday night lights to collect food and money.
During a halftime interview at last week’s Forsyth Football Game, District Superintendent Dr. Jeff Mingus said that a drive would happen prior to this week’s Panther game in Hollister against the Tigers. CAM Executive Director Michele Dean, in a message to Legends 1063, added that a “Tackle Hunger in the Ozarks” Food Drive would also take place this week prior to Branson’s home opener against Bolivar. People attending the games can bring food items or money to help the food pantry help those in need in the Lakes Region.
CAM held drives last year in Branson, Forsyth, and Reeds Spring during the football season.
