The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is scheduling a full road closure for Highway 178 across Bull Shoals Dam next Tuesday thru Thursday to deploy and remove equipment used to perform maintenance on the dam.
The closure has been coordinated with local emergency and law enforcement agencies. Motorist are encouraged to plan an alternate route through this area during the road closure.
The release from the corps also reminds motorist that many schools are back in session during this time and this closure could impact travel times.
