Branson's marketing will have better analytics, according to Heather Hermen, chief marketing and communications officer for the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and CVB.
Hermen explained that Tuesday night during her presentation of the 2026 marketing plan. The city's marketing used to focus on sample sets of activities, but now it will target Branson's specific guest groups. That will give Branson's audience all of Branson's information and not just some of it for some of the audience.
Some groups that make up Branson's visitors include families or households with children 17 or younger, millennials, empty nesters and seniors. Hermen also pointed to faith and sporting events.
Marketing in Branson won't go silent. Hermen said that marketing will continue year-round. Her full presentation is online.
