A Boone County man has been arrested on a rape charge in Marion County.
19-year-old Even Michel Shatlaw of Lead Hill was arrested last week on one count of rape and is being held in the Marion County Detention Center on $25,000 bond.u
The case files, including the probable cause affidavit, have been ordered sealed in the case.
According to the arrest warrant, the incident leading to the arrest of Shatlaw happened in November of 2021. He made his first court appearance this week with his next court date set for September 11.
