A Boone County man is facing two sex related charges involving an underage girl in Marion County.
Eighteen-year-old Connor Jaymz Hergert of Harrison is being held in the Marion County Detention Center.
According to the probable cause affidavit from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Hergert sexually assaulted a 15-year-old female at a house in Yellville despite her repeatedly telling him no. The assault stopped when the victim’s mother opened the bedroom door.
Hergert is facing two felony charges of sexual assault in the second degree. His bond is set at $50,000.
