Boone County Library announced its new children's department manager.
Mandy Franklin will take over the role. Angela Mueller will be the interim director. These developments were discussed on KHOZ's "Around The Table" on Thursday. Terri Register said there are lots of good changes at the library. She expressed excitement to retire and visit every national park.
