Boil Water Orders Issued for Two Water Associations in Northern Arkansas

Two water associations are under Boil Orders issued by the Arkansas Department of Health.

The SPG Water Association serving Marion and Searcy Counties are under an order due to maintenance work. The areas impacted are along Hwy 374 E., N. Tomahawk Rd., Osbourne Rd., Tomahawk Slab Rd., and Spirit Dr.

Meanwhile a Water Main Break on Friday Newton County Road 6450 has put Mockingbird Hill Water Association Customers under a Boil Order in that area. 

Customers in those areas are advised that water may not be safe for consumption and should boil water at least one minute prior to use and that all ice cubes should be discarded and new ones made with the boiled water.
