The Arkansas Department of Health has issued a boil order for part of the water system in Marion County.
The boil order is for customers in the Pyatt Waterworks system and effects approximately 70 customers, including the Bruno Pyatt school.
Customers in living near Clear Creek on AR 235 through Eros, Bruno, Anderson Falt and CR 5006 are advised the water may be unsafe for human consumption and water used for drinking or food preparation must be boiled briskly for one minute prior to use. All ice cubes should be discarded and only boiled water used for making ice.
The boil order was issued today due to a main break and will remain in effect until further notice.
