Big changes are coming to Harrison, according to Harrison Mayor Jerry Jackson.
Jackson appeared with Donna Braymer on KHOZ's "Around The Table" to discuss the update. He explained that Harrison's July 24 council meeting saw big developments. The city recruited a company to create 150 IT jobs downtown. He said the Harrison Chamber worked on that for a close to a year.
The hope, he said, is that it will finalize in 90 days. Jackson also discussed T.J. Maxx coming to Harrison and his late wife's involvement in that growth.
Additional details are in an Instagram post that includes a message from the mayor. More was discussed on the broadcast.
The full interview with Jackson and Braymer is on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
