A woman from Bellefonte dies in a two-vehicle crash along Highway 65 Tuesday afternoon.
The Arkansas State Police Reports the crash occurred when a vehicle driven by 70-year-old Chris Neil of Harrison attempted to turn onto Center Ave. in Bellefonte and was hit on the passenger side by a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Damien Stewart also of Harrison.
A passenger in Neil’s vehicle, 74-year-old Judith Laverne Prichard died as a result of the crash. The drivers were taken to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.
This is the 464th Fatality in traffic crashes worked by the Arkansas State Police in 2021.
